For us it was ideal.

Great view and spacious rooms, perfect for anyone who likes nature and landscape. The breakfast had many options of western and Asian dishes and it was fresh and tasty. , the staff was polite and friendly, always willing to help with any questions you may have.

The service needs improving, as many requests took a long time to be fulfilled. The location is quite far from the main city, making it difficult to access any other amenities or restaurants.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities and fulfills every luxurious need. the spa and wellness centre is a must-visit, with a variety of massages and treatments available. the outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace and garden area, making it the perfect spot to relax. the restaurant serves delicious food with special diet menus available, and in-room breakfast is a convenient option for those who want to start their day in luxury.

The only minor issue is that the staff could benefit from more training and attention to detail. this does not take away from the overall high level of service provided.

I loved the location of this hotel, right by a beautiful river that's a tributary of a major river in this region. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of local and international dishes to choose from. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a private BBQ area, a heated pool with garden villas, and transportation to the excellent local restaurant that's just a short drive away. The staff, especially Kevin and Christina in the restaurant, were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

The villa was spacious and well decorated with beautiful Thai-style furniture. the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from, including local cuisine. the location was great, with easy access to a nearby botanical garden and other key attractions.

The resort was not well maintained. Several water features, including those in the villas, were not functioning properly and had stagnant water.

the resort's restaurants were exceptional with a wide range of local and international dishes, and the food was delicious. Our room was luxurious with a beautiful view of the river, featuring charming Thai-themed décor and a spacious, well-equipped bathroom. the friendly staff were helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. the breakfast buffet was tended to by a team of chefs and offered a great selection of Chinese and Western fare.

Some aspects of the resort were not up to par, with limited dining options and high food prices.
